The Ecoclubrivne organization announces a tender for the procurement of contractor services to install a 25 kW solar power station for its own needs on the roof of the sports rehabilitation center in Uzhhorod, street Františka Tíhý, 13 B.
Start of submission of competitive proposals: April 14, 2025.
Deadline: 23:59, April 27, 2025.
Project execution date: Start of work no later than 12 calendar days from the date of contract signing. Completion of work no later than 40 calendar days from the date of contract signing.
The cost will be calculated according to the tender proposal from contractors (including all taxes, fees, and mandatory payments).
Please note: equipment, goods, materials, and installation works are included in the total cost of the solar power station. The contractor is directly involved in the commissioning of the solar power station and is responsible for the technical part of its launch.
The works (services) must include:
- Transportation of equipment, goods, and materials to the installation site;
- Installation works of the solar power station;
- Grounding works for the solar power station;
- Start-up and adjustment works;
- Setting up the energy generation monitoring system;
- Other necessary works and services provided for by the project.
