The Ecoclub invites women, veterans, and internally displaced persons to participate in a free training course titled “Installer of Solar Power Plants.” Throughout the course, we will provide mentoring support and job placement consultations.
This course helps women and men gain equal opportunities, retrain, and find jobs in the renewable energy sector. We support educational initiatives, individuals, and Ukraine on the path to a green transition.
Participants will learn about:
Duration: 1 month.
Format: online and offline (practical part).
Two groups of participants: 10 participants in each group (a total of 20 participants).
During the selection process, having education and/or work experience in electric power engineering, electrical engineering, electromechanics, renewable energy sources (RES), or solar power plants (SPP) will be an advantage.
Note: To participate in the online training, you must have equipment with a stable internet connection. Participants must also complete a seven-day practical course in Kyiv. We provide transportation, accommodation, meals, training venues (laboratories, workshops, and other premises), as well as necessary training materials, equipment, and tools.
